I was desperately searching for tools to help me and my husband after Covid because tensions were so high. It seemed like all we did was talk about the necessary things (who was doing what, etc) and anything else led to a fight. This was our first resource from Kalii and it was a game-changer in our relationship. We still keep it on the fridge to use it whenever necessary!

My husband and I use this cheat sheet any time we even begin to argue and using it has drastically reduced our arguments because we can often divert arguments at the onset or at minimum, reduce the length and intensity of them. I don't love admitting that we have been arguing more than normal in recent years but I appreciate this helping us get back on track.

I am an LPC-MHSP in Tennessee who specializes in helping couples reconnect, reduce arguments and stressors and find the passion again. I am passionate about helping couples because I have been blessed to witness beautiful marriages in my life and I have a beautiful marriage of my own. I know that marriage is not always easy but I know that in most cases, if the couple is willing to put in the work, they can make it work and not just make it work, but be happy together. And while I LOVE working directly with clients, my intent in writing blogs and creating resources is because I want to reach as many people as I can and give them tools they can use right away and see change.
